• Information about your transactions with us, our affiliates, or others, such as account balance, parties to transactions or loan history.
•  Information we receive from a consumer-reporting agency, such as; your credit worthiness and credit history

We do not disclose any nonpublic information about our customers or former customers to anyone, except as permitted by law.

Disclosure as Permitted by Law

• The disclosure of information that is necessary to administer a transaction requested by the customer.
• The customer requests and authorizes that the information be revealed.
• The release of the customer information as required by law.

 All information that is shared with third party affiliates is protected by a separate confidentiality agreement with the third party.

Confidentiality and Security

Midland Community Bank is committed to the security of your financial and personal information. All of our operational and data processing systems are in a secure environment that protects your account information from being accessed by third parties. We maintain and grant access to customer information only in accordance with our internal security standards.

At Midland Community Bank, employee access to personally identifiable customer information is limited to those with a business reason to know such information. Employees are educated on the importance of maintaining the confidentiality of customer information and on these privacy principles. Because of the importance of this policy, all Midland Community Bank employees are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of customer information and employees who violate these privacy policies will be subject to disciplinary measures.

To the extent that Illinois law is more restrictive we will comply with Illinois law.
